Paying from another country? The checkout and the App Store show each price in your currency. All future updates are included, with no subscription and no in-app purchases. Directly from us: the download is free and the app asks for a licence when you open it; buy it from the app or from its page here.
Directly from us or on the Mac App Store?
It's the same app. Bought directly from us, it runs outside the isolation (sandbox) the App Store requires, so it does a little more and asks for fewer permissions.
| Directly from us | Mac App Store | |
|---|---|---|
| Payment | Card from anywhere, or Pix in Brazil, through Kiwify | Through your Apple Account |
| Permissions | Fewer prompts: the app reads and writes folders and drives without asking for each one | macOS asks for access to folders and drives |
| Extra features | Yes, in every app (listed below) | — |
| How many Macs | Up to 5 per licence, activated with the key, the email or the CPF | The Macs signed in to your Apple Account |
| Updates | From the app itself | Through the App Store |
| Refunds | 14 days, directly with us | Under Apple's rules |
| Where to buy | All five apps, here on the site | The apps already in the store |
What each app does extra, bought directly
- Veracard Erases a card as exFAT in one click, without Disk Utility, and writes to the card without asking for the folder.
- Wakeful "Turn Off Screen Now" also turns off the light of an iMac's or MacBook's built-in screen, without locking the session. For now, Wakeful is sold only directly.
- Extracta Never asks for access to the folder an archive is in, or the one it extracts to.
- DiskOrbit Scans the whole disk straight away, without picking Macintosh HD first, and the uninstaller doesn't ask for the disk either.
- Convert Anything Saves next to the originals and follows shortcuts to other drives without asking for folder access.
How to pay us
For Photos on TV you pay from the TV: choose Unlock, scan the QR code with your phone and pay there. The TV unlocks by itself a few seconds after the payment goes through. For a Mac app bought from us, choose Buy in the app and pay in your browser; the app unlocks by itself. Bought on the app's page here, you get your licence key on the thank-you page, and activate the app with it or with the email or CPF you paid with.
- Outside Brazil: credit card, through Kiwify's international checkout. No Brazilian document is needed.
- In Brazil: Pix or credit card, through Kiwify.
- Payments are processed by Kiwify, a Brazilian payment platform. The seller is Jabuti Labs.
The checkout shows the final amount before you pay. If your card is from outside Brazil, your bank may add its own currency conversion fee.
Changed your mind? You have 14 days to ask for your money back. See the refund policy.
